Level Online Strategy is an Internet and technology consulting firm located in Portland, OR. We help progressive organizations achieve their goals through the use of the Internet, technology, and marketing strategies.

While we do claim technology agnosticism, the right choice for most projects as of late is Drupal, the leading open source content management system available. Alright, that statement is subjective, but I am far from alone in my thinking, just ask the President. In general, Level OS believes that the more focused an application is on a single task, the more custom development makes sense. But for most projects, a framework like Drupal that handles the routine tasks, letting us focus on what makes your project special, is the best choice.

Founder Lev Tsypin has twelve years of experience in the Internet field. In the 1990's he worked as a consultant with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Inforte Corporation in Chicago. Before starting Level OS, he served as the Director of Programming at Pop Art, Inc. in Portland, OR.

Who is Level OS?

Level OS has no full time employees. What! That's right, no employees. Instead, each project brings together a team of amazing independent artists, engineers, and project managers best suited to get a job done. As founder, Lev Tsypin selects and leads each project team. In addition to Lev, members may include graphic designers, engineers, interface designers, and project managers.
